Empire Comfort Systems Inc. guarantees that this space heating product will be free from defects at the time of purchase, with specific warranty periods outlined below. Proper installation by a qualified technician, along with safe maintenance and operation per the owner’s manual, are required. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All warranty repairs must be conducted by a qualified gas appliance technician.
Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty with a Five-Year Limited Labor Warranty – Combustion Chamber and Heat Exchanger:
If the combustion chamber or heat exchanger fails due to defective workmanship or material, Empire will either repair or replace the part at their discretion. Within the first five years from the purchase date, Empire will also cover reasonable labor costs for the repair or replacement.
Limited Five-Year Parts & Labor Warranty – All Other Components (Except Thermostats):
If any other part fails due to defective workmanship or material within five years from the purchase date, Empire will repair or replace it at their discretion. Empire will cover reasonable labor costs for these repairs or replacements within the five-year period.
Limited One-Year Parts Warranty – Remote Controls, Thermostats, Accessories, and Parts:
If any remote control, thermostat, accessory, or other part fails due to defective workmanship within one year from the purchase date, Empire will repair or replace it at their discretion.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 1-3 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@fire-elements.com
CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be HAPPY! You can request a cancellation anytime during the order process, although fees may vary. If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
REFUNDS
After your returned item is received and processed, we will issue your refund within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified with an email once your order is refunded. If you don't receive the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@fire-elements.com
