When Will My Order Ship?

Your order will typically ship within our standard shipping lead times, which range from 1 to 5 business days for in-stock products. 

If you've ordered made-to-order items, please be aware that they will have a different lead time, as these products are crafted specifically for you. The lead time for made-to-order items will be communicated to you during the order process, so you'll have a clear expectation of when to expect them.

Rest assured, our team is dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring the utmost care is taken in handling and packaging your items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. What Happens After I Place An Order?

  1. You will receive an email from info@fire-elements.com with your confirmation details.
  2. We will process and ship your order. Shipping lead times are 1-5 days for in-stock items, for products that are made to order you will receive a confirmation with the lead time.
  3. You will receive your item within 7-15 business days of placing the order, if item is in stock. 

Is There A Warranty?

Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty. 

Do You Accept Returns?

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order shipped will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our Return Policy and will be subject to cancellation fees. Contact us by email or by phone in order to learn more about the cancellation fees by brand.

What If My Product Is Damaged?

  • If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.  
  • If the carton package has excessive damage with the exposed product refuse the shipment, take a photo of the delivery, sign the carrier paperwork "Carton damaged and refused" and notify Fire Elements immediately.
