Broil King Regal S 490 IR Pro with Rotisserie and Infrared Side Burner, with a 25.5-inch cooking area, provides a premium grilling experience for outdoor kitchens. Its durable construction includes die-cast aluminum and high-grade stainless steel, ensuring excellent heat retention. The heavy-duty 9mm stainless steel cooking grids, with a pointed side for perfect sear marks and a grooved side for basting, work with the Flav-R-Wave cooking system to ensure even heat distribution and vaporize drippings instantly. Four Dual-Tube burners offer consistent heating, and Linear-Flow valves allow precise temperature control. Additional features include a 10,000 BTU infrared side burner, a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner with a rotisserie kit, Sure-Lite electronic ignition, a roll-action stainless steel cook box, built-in control knob lights, and a Deluxe Accu-Temp thermometer. The grill also has a rigid steel cabinet with stainless steel doors and a pull-out propane tank drawer, combining functionality with an attractive appearance.
The following warranty applies to Broil King models from 2021-2023, starting from the date of purchase. It covers the repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge under normal domestic use. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser listed on the warranty registration and applies solely to products sold at retail and used exclusively in the country of purchase.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 1-3 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We want you to be HAPPY! You can request a cancellation anytime during the order process, although fees may vary. If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
