The Ivory® Electric Fireplace is a beautiful, 50 inch wide, electric fireplace with realistic flames and contemporary white frame that will make a strong design statement in your living room, family room or any room in your home. The electric fireplace delivers the beauty of a fireplace without the fire and smokey smell. The Ivory® has 2 heat settings (high and low), and will add heat to a room up to 400 sq. ft.. Also, the fireplace's flame can can be used without the heating feature. The Ivory® is easy to install and comes with easy to follow instructions. 

The Ivory® now offers both log and crystal flamesets, providing the flexibility to choose between a classic or modern look, both included in the package. Its realistic flames, showcased in our video tab, create a calming ambiance that's often mistaken for a real gas fireplace. You can enjoy the flames without the heat setting, making it suitable for any season. The flames offer 5 settings for customization, controlled via the included remote. The Ivory® also features two heat settings, warming rooms up to 400 sq. ft., though it's not meant to be the primary heat source. Installation is a breeze with clear instructions and a user-friendly mounting bracket. For safety, it's best to mount it at least 24 inches below your ceiling or a wall-mounted TV.

We offer FREE shipping on all products within the continental USA (lower 48 u.s. states)

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
