Crafted with outdoor durability in mind, the Citadel patio heater features robust, commercial-grade components that resist rust, maintaining a clean appearance even with extended outdoor exposure. This heater comes backed by a 1-year warranty with phone support for added assurance. Igniting and operating the Citadel is a cinch; it accommodates a 20 lb. propane tank that can be effortlessly exchanged through the latched access door in the storage area. The battery-operated piezoelectric ignition ensures dependable control with a simple button press, while the high and low heat settings enable temperature adjustment to your liking (please note that the propane tank and AA batteries are not included). Safety is a top priority, as the Citadel incorporates a built-in auto shut-off mechanism that cuts off the propane supply and extinguishes the flame if the heater tips or rocks. For added convenience, you can enhance mobility by attaching the included wheel kit to the base, allowing you to move it as needed.

• DO NOT operate this heater unless it is fully assembled with the reflector in place.
• DO NOT SPRAY AEROSOLS IN THE VICINITY OF THIS HEATER WHILE IT IS IN OPERATION.
• Installation and repair should be done by a qualified person. The heater must be inspected by a qualified person before use and at least annually. More frequent cleaning may be required as necessary. It is imperative that control compartments, burners and circulating air passages of the heater and light be kept clean and free from insect/spider infestation

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
