The Arteflame Black Label is a modern and sophisticated grill series, crafted with high-quality materials and precision. The series is coated with a high-temperature paint, giving it a distinctive black finish. Due to the unique process, these grills require more care and attention, and exposure to extreme temperature changes or rough handling can cause chips or cracks. The Classic / Euro Arteflame grill can be paired with optional low or high bases, with the high base ideal for socializing, grilling, or enjoying the fire's warmth. An additional optional base is available for a combination of both experiences. The Tall Round base With Storage offers storage for utensils, charcoal, or firewood, or for firewood storage. The internal draining system directs rainwater away from the storage compartment.

Warranty

Arteflame guarantees that your fire pit is free from manufacturer defects for 12 months after purchase. Warranty covers 100% of parts and labor for 1 year. 

Returns & Exchanges

Any item can be returned within 14 days of purchase within these guidelines; New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original unopened packaging are eligible for a refund less shipping costs. We can not accept any returns that have been used. When a returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, only partial refunds can be granted. We retain the right to charge a 20% refinishing fee on any returned item.

All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. The cost to ship the product back to Arteflame will be paid by the customer. (Unless we made an error). In cases when there is a product exchange, the cost for shipping on any new product(s) is paid by the customer.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Modern Flames Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery.
