All Elementi Plus models have undergone an improvement in their burning system by introducing an enlarged valve. With a flame reaching 60,000 BTUs (16 KW), the fire burns higher, ensuring enhanced warmth and comfort. Elementi designs their burner systems in-house, guaranteeing a perfect fit every time. The Sofia Fire Table can be operated using either Natural Gas or a standard 20 lbs. Liquid Propane tank, and it features a convenient push-button spark ignition. The stainless steel burner is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. It is also CSA, CE, and UKCA certified, meeting the necessary safety standards.
