The Sideline® 72 Electric Fireplace is a stunning electric fireplace that combines the look of a linear gas fireplace with the convenience of an electronic fireplace. It's perfect for large rooms and pairs well with flat-screen TVs. Ideal for commercial use in restaurants, hotels, and reception areas.

Experience the authentic LED flames and a variety of colors, including orange, blue, and orange-blue, with Touchstone's adjustable flame intensity featuring five settings for a lifelike ambiance. The fireplace offers both glass crystals and a faux log set for hearth media, catering to your choice of a modern touch with glass crystals or a traditional appearance with faux logs. With a built-in 5000 BTU heater, it effectively supplements heat for rooms up to 400 sq ft and allows for independent control of flame and heat settings, making it suitable for year-round use. The cool-to-touch glass front provides a safe alternative to wood or gas fireplaces, ensuring a relaxing experience. Installation is a breeze with the option for recessed wall insert or wall mount, complete with an included bracket. It conveniently plugs into a standard outlet or can be hardwired, with a clear installation manual provided. For safety, it's recommended to position the fireplace at least 8 inches below the ceiling and below any mounted TV to ensure adequate clearance from heat vents.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
