The Modern Flames 44-in Landscape Pro MultiView Built-In Electric Fireplace provides a range of installation options, allowing you to create a distinctive focal point in your room. This versatile fireplace can be seamlessly integrated into a wall as a single-sided, left-corner, right-corner, or three-sided bay installation, as well as a partial 2x4 recess or standard wall mount. The 44" edge-to-edge viewing area ensures an expansive, full view of the high-intensity LED-lit flame effects, complemented by additional lighting features such as a glowing ember bed and down-lighting. For added customization, the full-color spectrum is available for all lighting effects. The Landscape Pro MultiView series includes three ember bed options: clear acrylic stone, black smoke acrylic crystals, and a driftwood log set.
Designed to efficiently warm areas up to 400 sq. ft. with a 120V installation or 800 sq. ft. with a 240V installation, the fireplace delivers either 5,000 BTUs or 10,000 BTUs, depending on the voltage. Achieve the perfect level of comfort by selecting the desired temperature using the thermostatic controls. The fireplace includes an advanced handheld remote control that facilitates easy operation of features such as power, heat, fade, sync, flame, ember bed, downlight, and dimmer. The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Modern Flames Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.
