While The Onyx® Stainless can be used without the heating feature for simple mood or stylistic purposes, it also offers 2 levels of heating (high and low) to help heat any room up to 400 square feet. The Onyx® Stainless offers both log and crystal hearth options for a realistic flame display, which you can view in the provided video link. Behind a single tempered glass panel, it mimics the look of a real fireplace without the hassle. With dual heat and flame settings, you can enjoy the flames year-round. The 5 flame brightness settings, controlled by the remote, range from a gentle ember glow to a full blaze. While it's not intended as the primary heat source, it provides high and low heat settings, effectively warming a room up to 400 sq. ft. Control is easy through the remote or side panel, and a built-in timer lets you set the heat duration for up to 7.5 hours. Installation is a simple one-person job, with clear instructions and a mounting bracket included. For safety, mount it at least 24 inches below your ceiling, often below a wall-mounted TV. The 4mm thick tempered glass panel is designed to crumble into small pieces if broken, reducing the risk of injury.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
