Real Fyre Valey Split Oak Vent-Free G8E Series Gas Log Set offers a high-end gas log set designed to enhance your living space with the warmth and comfort of a fire. This vent-free unit allows you to convert your wood-burning fireplace into an efficient and warm gas log set, suitable for use in an approved masonry or ventless firebox enclosure. It features an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) that monitors oxygen levels in the room and automatically shuts off the burner system if the oxygen drops below 18%, ensuring safety.
The SVO8E Split Valley Oak log set comes with three different control options: a manual valve, a remote control with on/off function, or a remote control with variable flame height adjustment. In all configurations, the ODS pilot remains continuously lit to provide stability to the unit. The unique Split Valley Oak design features realistic refractory ceramic gas logs, which are durable and life-like, offering a "split" appearance that allows for reversibility, giving you a custom look to fit your decor.

All Real Fyre® Vent-Free ceramic refractory gas logs are warranted for as long as you own them (lifetime). All Real Fyre® vent-free burners are warranted for ten (10) years. All Real Fyre® glass, gems and fiber-ceramic blend logs are warranted for five (5) years. All Real Fyre® valves, pilots and controls are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (excluding batteries).

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 1-3 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be HAPPY! You can request a cancellation anytime during the order process, although fees may vary. If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
REFUNDS
After your returned item is received and processed, we will issue your refund within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified with an email once your order is refunded. If you don't receive the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@fire-elements.com
