This vent-free system is equipped with an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) that monitors room oxygen levels and automatically shuts down the burner if levels drop below 18%, ensuring safe operation. It offers four control options: a manual valve, a remote control with on/off functionality, a remote control with variable flame height adjustment, or a thermostat remote control with an electronic spark to pilot control. If the electronic spark to pilot valve is not selected, the ODS pilot remains continuously lit for reliable operation.

All Real Fyre® Vent-Free ceramic refractory gas logs are warranted for as long as you own them (lifetime). All Real Fyre® vent-free burners are warranted for ten (10) years. All Real Fyre® glass, gems and fiber-ceramic blend logs are warranted for five (5) years. All Real Fyre® valves, pilots and controls are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (excluding batteries).
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
