The Majestic ECHEL60IN-C Echelon II 60-Inch Direct Vent Gas Fireplace is an elegant and functional addition to any living space, featuring active flames, impressive LED lighting effects, and a variety of customizable options. Its passive heating technology allows for easy mounting near a television, with optional Heat-Zone and Heat-Out technology available for better heat management. The IntelliFire Touch intermittent-pilot ignition system ensures safe and simple operation, compatible with the IntelliFire App and the included RC400 remote control for added convenience.
Customization options include choosing from four different front styles to complete the installation. The fireplace comes standard with bronze glass media, which can be upgraded if desired. For media changes, use four bags of glass for crushed glass, three bags for natural stones, or one bag of stone when combining a log set and stones. For optimal safety and performance, only use media specifically designed for this fireplace model.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 1-3 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be HAPPY! You can request a cancellation anytime during the order process, although fees may vary. If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
REFUNDS
