ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT

If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
REFUNDS
