The Sideline® Steel Mesh Screen Non-Reflective 50 inch Electric Fireplace by Touchstone offers the charm of a traditional electric fireplace with its glass-free matte black metal mesh screen. With easy installation options, built-in heater, and realistic LED flames, it delivers both style and functionality.

The Sideline Steel Mesh Screen Electric Fireplace offers year-round comfort with its built-in 5000 BTU heater, providing supplementary heat for rooms up to 400 square feet. You can enjoy the LED flames, whether the heater is on or off, with the ability to control the heat settings via remote or front controls. These LED flames replicate the calming effect of real flames and offer customization options for flame intensity and color, including orange, blue, or an orange/blue combo. The electric fireplace comes with both glass crystals and a faux log set, allowing you to tailor its appearance to your preference, be it contemporary with glass crystals or more traditional with the faux log set. Installation is made easy with wall insertion or wall mounting options, and the provided instructions simplify the process. For safety and proper clearance from the heating element, it's advisable to position the fireplace at least 8 inches below the ceiling or below a mounted flat-screen TV.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
