Experience the ambiance of a wood or gas burning fireplace with the Sideline Infinity® Fireplace's premium LED flame display, which offers customizable flame colors and intensity through touchscreen or remote control. This electric fireplace provides supplemental heat for rooms up to 400 square feet with two heat settings, a thermostat, and an 8-hour timer. However, please note that it's designed as supplementary heat, not a primary source. Enjoy the calming flames independently, with or without heat, while the cool-to-the-touch glass ensures safety. Installation options include various views, and it can be plugged into an outlet or hardwired. Customize your fireplace with the included log set and crystals, choosing between clear and black crystals for a modern aesthetic or a log set for a traditional look. For safety, maintain an 8-inch clearance from the ceiling or a wall-mounted TV to the fireplace heating vent.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
