This versatile electric fireplace offers heating for up to 400 square feet with two heat settings, a thermostat, and an 8-hour timer. Keep in mind that the heater is designed as a supplement, not the primary heat source. Enjoy the calming flames independently, with or without heat, while the cool-to-the-touch glass ensures safety. Installation options include 3-sided view, 2-sided view, or front view only, and it can be plugged into an outlet or hardwired. Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
