Touchstone's electric fireplaces showcase an impressive flame display at their core, providing a convenient and hassle-free alternative to traditional fireplaces. These flames offer the same soothing effect as real ones, creating a warm ambiance in any room and granting you the choice of 60 distinct color combinations for personalization. Manage both heat and flame settings with ease through the included remote control (batteries not included). The Sideline Elite® boasts a front-vent heating system while being recessed into the wall. Equipped with two heat settings, it effectively warms rooms up to 400 sq. ft. It should be noted that its purpose is to supplement your existing heating system rather than serve as the primary source. Control the heat settings using the remote or the built-in heat timer. The Sideline Elite electric fireplace offers versatility in installation, accommodating both wall insertion and wall mounting. Comprehensive installation instructions are provided for your convenience. To ensure safe placement, maintain a minimum 8-inch distance from the ceiling or a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, taking into account its heating feature.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
