The widest electric fireplace in the collection, The Sideline® 100 is designed as a wall insert, built-in fireplace for an impactful focal point in a larger room. The Sideline 100 has a ventless design, with the heat coming from the front of the unit. Like all Touchstone™ fireplaces, The Sideline 100 has the most realistic flame available in an electric smokeless fireplace.
The Sideline® 100 is ideal for larger family rooms, long basement walls as well as commercial uses. The 100-inch design is perfect for corporate entries, meeting rooms and restaurants, providing the looks and feel of a real linear gas fireplace without the maintenance required by gas or gel-based fireplaces. The Sideline® 100 has 5 flame settings and 2 heat settings, offers multiple flame colors, and the fireplace can be operated without the heat, so it can be used in environments like meeting rooms and corporate centers where all that's needed is ambiance. At the heart of Touchstone's electric fireplaces lies their realistic flame, featured prominently in the Sideline® 100 model. This fireplace offers five flame settings, from subtle embers to roaring blazes, controllable via the remote or on the unit itself. Notably, all Sideline® fireplaces now include both crystal and log hearth options, allowing customization to match your room's design. With three color-changing options and five flame intensity settings, it emulates a cozy wood-burning fireplace convincingly. While capable of heating a 400-square-foot space with a 5100 BTU heater, it's recommended as supplemental heat rather than a primary source. The fireplace can also operate without heat, providing soft, atmospheric light. Both heat and flame settings are adjustable via the included remote control. Plus, all Sideline® Series Fireplaces come with both glass crystals and a faux log set, offering a choice between a contemporary or traditional appearance. Installation options include recessed placement or wall mounting, with clear instructions provided. For safety, it's advisable to position the Sideline® 100 at least 6 inches above the floor or 8 inches below a wall-mounted flat-screen TV due to its heating feature.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.
The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.
We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.
Return Policy
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
