The Sideline® 100 is the widest electric fireplace in the collection, designed to make a powerful statement in larger rooms. It offers a ventless design and the most realistic flame in an electric fireplace.

Experience the natural-looking flame of the Sideline® 100, featuring five settings, and the added versatility of both crystal and log set hearths for personalization. Emulate the inviting ambiance of a traditional fireplace with authentic flames, offering three color-changing options and five intensity settings, all conveniently controlled with a remote. While not intended as the primary heat source, The Sideline® 100's 5000 BTU heater effectively warms spaces up to 400 square feet and can be operated without heat for pure ambiance. Included with this electric fireplace are both glass crystals and a faux log set, exclusive to the Sideline Series Fireplaces, allowing you to choose between a contemporary or traditional aesthetic. The Sideline® 100 is designed for recessed placement but also offers wall mounting options, with clear installation instructions provided. For safe positioning, it is recommended to place the fireplace at least 6 inches above the floor or 8 inches below a mounted flat-screen TV.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
