Modern Flames Large 8" Surround for Orion Traditional 30 - OTK-OR30-LG

The Orion fireplace has a number of installation options. It can be installed fully recessed, or update your old fireplace with this premium electric fireplace insert with the optional surround. With efficient heat and beautiful Heliovision® flames, it’s designed as an alternative to a wood-burning fireplace and provides a beautiful and affordable substitute.

This optional surround is easily installed and covers any gaps that exist between an existing firebox and the Orion Traditional Electric Fireplace giving your installation a built-in appearance. It's designed to go with the Orion Traditional Series Electric Fireplace when choosing an insert installation.

If your product has a manufacturing issue within two years of purchase, Modern Flames will fix it for free or replace it. You have the choice of either option. Labor costs are also covered for the first year from the purchase date. View full manufacturer warranty below.

Modern Flames Warranty

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-800-215-1990 and we would be happy to assist you.
