The Outdoor Plus OPT-PBBLK Black Pebble, offers a wide selection of burning media suitable for any fire pit, fire bowl, or fireplace. Their glass media comes in 25-pound bags and is available in a variety of colors, including the premium 1/4" Reflective Fire Glass. This glass media not only adds a decorative element to your fire feature but also serves as a heat-resistant bed, providing a shimmering effect to your flame. The Reflective Fire Glass is durable and has a thickness of 1/4 inch, making it suitable for any type of fire. The lava chunks are available in 1 cubic foot quantities, while polished lava comes in 1/2 cubic foot quantities. It is recommended to cover the burner with a maximum of 1 inch of media.

The Outdoor Plus provides warranties for fire pits, including electronics and gas components (6 mos commercial/1 yr residential), stainless steel parts (1 yr commercial/3 yrs residential), and a lifetime warranty on burners. Coverage includes parts and in-house labor, starting from the sale/shipment date. Exclusions: damage from overheating, modification, abuse, improper storage, and labor for installation or maintenance. Consequential expenses from defects or warranty recovery are not covered.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your The Outdoor Plus Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. No returns on made-to-order goods. No returns on custom features, NO EXCEPTIONS. If a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the recipients responsibility to notify Fire Elements within 48 hours.
