The Sideline Infinity® Fireplace boasts a built-in heater, warming rooms up to 400 square feet with two heat settings, thermostat, and an 8-hour timer. It operates independently, allowing year-round use with or without heat. Its cool-to-touch glass ensures safety, and installation is versatile with three options. Personalize it with the included log set and crystals. Maintain an 8-inch clearance from the heating vent for safety near the ceiling or a wall-mounted TV.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
