Blaze gas grills come with a lifetime warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing or workmanship defects found in the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and all other stainless steel parts. Additionally, all electrical and ignition components are included in the warranty coverage for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. To activate the warranty, grills must be registered within thirty days of purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
REFUNDS
