Real Fyre Evening Fyre Charred Vent-Free G18 Series Gas Log Set - See Through is a premium gas log set designed to enhance your living space with the warmth and comfort of a fire. This vent-free unit is perfect for converting a wood-burning fireplace into an efficient gas log system, specifically designed for use in a 2-sided masonry or ventless firebox enclosure, thanks to its unique "see-thru" design. The system includes an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) to monitor room oxygen levels, automatically shutting off the burner if levels fall below 18% for safety. It offers two control options: a remote control with an on/off function or a remote with variable flame height adjustment, both of which keep the ODS pilot continuously lit. The Evening Fyre Charred log design features refractory ceramic gas logs that provide long-term durability and a realistic appearance, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal to your fireplace.

All Real Fyre® Vent-Free ceramic refractory gas logs are warranted for as long as you own them (lifetime). All Real Fyre® vent-free burners are warranted for ten (10) years. All Real Fyre® glass, gems and fiber-ceramic blend logs are warranted for five (5) years. All Real Fyre® valves, pilots and controls are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (excluding batteries).
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 1-3 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
