The Sideline® 28 electric fireplace by Touchstone is a compact and ventless option that delivers a built-in look and cozy ambiance. Perfect for smaller spaces and RVs, it offers the convenience of an electric fireplace.

The Sideline® 28 boasts a lifelike flame with five brightness settings available in three colors, delivering the ambiance of a traditional wood-burning fireplace. Its flame realism enhances the overall experience, and you can customize your atmosphere with three color-changing options and five settings, easily controlled through the provided remote control. While not designed as a primary heat source, the Sideline® 28 effectively warms up rooms of up to 300 square feet with its two heat settings, or it can be enjoyed purely for visual appeal without heat. Adding a personal touch, it includes both faux log and glass crystal options for a choice between contemporary or traditional aesthetics. Installation is a breeze with options for recessed or wall-mounted placement, and following the provided instructions ensures optimal positioning at least 8 inches below the ceiling or beneath a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for ideal performance.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
