The AudioFlare™ is a new concept in electric fireplaces, combining sound, 3 color flame quality and a distinctive stainless face. This fireplace has all the features that customers love in Touchstone fireplaces, including 3 flame display, crystal hearth, 1500W of heat with timer feature. Plus the Bluetooth speaker creates a great personal space for relaxing, right in front of the realistic flame while your favorite tunes play along.

The AudioFlare™ enhances your electric fireplace experience with high-quality Bluetooth audio, allowing you to enjoy music and streaming services from your phone. Its striking stainless design complements contemporary rooms, and the three-flame color design offers a captivating display. The heater can quickly warm up to 400 square feet with two settings. Installation is flexible, with options for in-wall or wall-mounted setups, and it includes all necessary hardware. Safety-wise, it's recommended to mount it at least 6 inches below a flat-screen TV or artwork on the same wall.

Touchstone’s largest electric fireplaces are shipped via freight lift-gate service. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order.

The delivery will be made to your curbside. Similar to most ground shipments, signature may not be required. Be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if the weather is an issue. You are responsible for unpacking your Touchstone Product, disposing of packing material and placing/installing the product in your house.

We will send you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track the progress of your delivery. There is a 14 day window to voice any missing or damaged items. Please call us at 1-640 500-4847 and we would be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Fire Elements will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
