This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer, at the initial delivery site, with required proof of purchase and photo documentation. Registration online within 30 days post-purchase is essential for warranty validation. The warranty becomes void if ownership is transferred and excludes commercial, rental, or non-residential installations, except for the Resort Grill. Coverage is strictly for replacement parts; labor costs, discoloration, surface rust, corrosion, oxidation, damages from improper use, extreme conditions, or lack of maintenance are not covered. Coastal or humid conditions require manufacturer review. Claims for out-of-box issues must be made within 30 days of purchase, prior to installation.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to the payment method you selected, it will ship within 1-3 business day (most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at (640) 500-4847 or email info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
REFUNDS
