American Made Grills is backed by a Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on construction and manufacturer defects, stainless steel construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs, and briquette systems. All other parts, components, & electrical, including LED bulbs, wire harness & switches, power source wire, transformer, & interior halogen light wire & bulb are warranted for three (3) years. Labor not included.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.Ā This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.Ā As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our systems to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.Ā If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone call or e-mail with further information on how to proceed.Ā If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT

CANCELLATIONS

If you request a cancellation prior to your order being packaged and shipped, you will be charged no restocking fees. Although, if you cancel your order after it has shipped, restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and circumstances. RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 daysĀ of the item being delivered. You must be in possession of the order items.Ā Please call us atĀ (640) 500-4847Ā or emailĀ info@fire-elements.com to register your return, receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and further directions on how to complete the return. Please reach out to us if you have additional questions about returning your item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.Ā If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photosĀ to info@fire-elements.com with detailed description of which parts of the shipment is damaged. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement parts sent as soon as possible. Please note we must be notified withinĀ 30 daysĀ of you receiving your order, otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturerās warranty for replacement.Ā
REFUNDS
After your returned item is received and processed, we will issue your refund within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified with an email once your order is refunded. If you don't receive the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@fire-elements.com
